Filing a complaint

In order to file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Setting the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a receipt. The goods should be properly secured for transport.

3. Shipping
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

Warning! You can also contact our Customer Service Office, then we will pick up the advertised product from you.

Return
Under applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

For the package with the statement and returned product / products, please also include all accessories and a receipt received with them / them. In the case of returning goods for the withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance, the cost of the shipment is covered by the buyer.
